The e-book that I read was The Prophet, which is a poetry book written by Kahlil Gibran.
Although The Prophet was written published in English, I read it in Arabic. The interesting thing about this book is that Kahlil Gibran wrote it first in Arabic. However, he did not like the Arabic version, so he destroyed it. And then after several years, he rewrote it in English only. The e-book that I have with me is a transition of it.

My experience with the book was not bad at all. I actually liked doing it. I uploaded e-book to my IPad and used in reading it Notability, which is an application that allows the user to write his notes on the e-book. What I also loved in my experience was the fact I did not turn on the light to read because the IPad had the lights coming from it. I also enjoyed highlighting some of the sentences that I felt that they were deep and rich in meaning. A cool thing I also felt happy about was the ability to have more than one marked page, which helped me going back to quote some sentences that I loved.
I think The Prophet could be a good book used for education in English classes. I have not read the English version of it, but I read that Kahlil Gibran was influenced by William Shakespeare. Now, for the usage of e-book I think that teenage would enjoy doing it more than reading from a paper book. Therefore, teachers and educators should approach this method, that if they want students these days to read more.
